2.  4 Slices Turkey Bacon
3.  6 cubes colby jack cheese

Lunch
1.  Turkey and Tomato on whole Wheat
2.  Celery w/ Fat free ranch dressing
3.  1/2 can Coke Zero

Snack
1.  1/2 Banana

Dinner
1.  Swordfish Steak
2.  Greek Salad
3.  Brownie
4.  Glass of Milk

Glasses of Water = 1

Workout - Lifted, chest & Biceps
